Meals at Cottons Farm

**From after February half term 2025**
Dear Parents/ Carers,
There are some exciting changes coming to school meals at Cottons Fam Primary Academy. Aspens Services Ltd have been chosen to run our meals service from February 2025. Aspens have vast experience of providing primary schools meals across a range of schools.
Aspens’ newsletter (being sent with this letter) gives you more information about them and the meals they will be serving.
The menus work on a 3 week programme, we will start with the week 2 menu. I have attached a copy of the menus with this letter, and they are also available on our website:
Cottons Farm Primary Academy: School Meals
For children who receive free school meals, this will continue as it is now. For paid meals, the cost will be £2.59 and will be ordered and paid for in the same way as you do currently. If you would like your child to have a meal and they do not at the moment, please contact the school office and they will let you know how to arrange this.
Further information will come out shortly to confirm any dietary requirements or food allergies your child may have. Aspens have a specialist allergens menu if required. Where needed, further discussions will be arranged with you.
